Amidst all the furniture frenzy, I've also been knitting. A colleague got his first baby this summer and according to my tradition, I offered to knit them something from my baby book.
They chose the Pompon Slippers from the book and asked to reverse the colours. Since the baby is still small, I knit the 6-12 month size. They are bigger than I expected, but babies grow fast, and I'm sure they'll fit her this winter.
