Sometimes I miss Irish weather (especially in the summer), fresh fruit and the best beef I've ever had. Mushy peas, chips that are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, shelled peas and banoffee pie. How green it always was, and how beautiful.
Sometimes I am reminded of all that was good and fun about Ireland. Like when watching this ad. I loved the humour in some ads that were run there, ads very much like this one.
