Yesterday's weigh-in didn't go so well. No, I hadn't gained more weight. I made a stupid mistake of eating before going. I know I lost more than 200g last week, but that's what the scales showed. Oh well, you learn from your mistakes. Right?

last weekend I participated in a shoe workshop in Belfast. It was fun and I learned a lot. What a huge help it is to bounce ideas and discuss details with a person who knows their stuff! I took a few pictures of the process, but more details will be put on the Footwear page.
