We did it! We downed Arthas!

Reea is a Kingslayer now. After all that work, after all that effort, Reea is a Kingslayer! I feel like a real raider now and I love my guild more than ever. You rock!

The boyfriend is gone

I asked for reduced visits to get my health sorted out, he chose to reduce the visits to nil. We all have to live with the choices that we make and sometimes we have to live with the choices other people make for us.

I'll be fine.

I'm a Lucky, Lucky Girl!

In WoW there are quests that you can do once per day or once per week. The weekly quests are raid quests (require more than 1-5 players to complete). Some of them are relatively easy, like Sartharion in Obsidian Sanctum, some of them are harder, like Malygos in Eye of Eternity, or Jaraxxus in the Trial of the Crusader.

The rewards from these weekly quests are also proportionally better than the rewards from dailies. But besides the rewards, one of these weeklies gave me an opportunity to complete another achievement. Reea is now Champion of the Frozen Wastes.

Whee! I've been wanting that title since Wrath came out and I got the last boss (Malygos) on Friday. All thanks to my guildies who came to do the raid weekly and helped me get the title at the same time. I feel so incredibly lucky to have such awesome guildmates. First they help me get the Glory of the Hero, and now the Champion. I <3 them.

Then, I went and helped a guildie to get his two Frost emblems for the day and Skadi dropped Reins of the Blue Proto-Drake. I won the roll! Incredible! I'm still high on the amazing lucky roll to win this rare mount.

The reins are such rare drop that I had never even seen them before. I had seen the mount, and admired it from afar, thinking that I'll never get it. And now I got it the very first time it dropped!

I am a lucky, lucky girl.

Glory of the Hero

Glory of the Hero is another meta-achievement in World of Warcraft. Some of the achievements need luck, some need patience and some need hard work and tactics.

Less-Rabi is one of the hard ones that require all of them — luck, patience, hard work and tactics. Moorabi is a boss in Gundrak and during the fight he tries to turn into a mammoth. The longer the fight, the quicker he turns.

Interrupting the first and the second turns are not too tricky, but the third one has been a problem for us. We have been either unlucky or not killed him fast enough not to let him turn three times.

After some attempts at Less-Rabi, my guildies and I got it yesterday! I'd been trying to get this one for months without success. It was the last achievement to complete for the Glory of the Hero and I got it! Finally! I'm so over the moon and so happy to have found a guild that helps each other.

Besides getting the meta-achievement, I also got a new mount — a red proto-drake. Isn't he fierce?
