I've been a bad blogger and not written anything for a long long time. I'm sorry. So may things have happened at the same time that I've been overwhelmed.

To begin from the beginning, we got a new electric stove. The old one was gas stove and it was beginning to leak. We are happy with the new one, especially with the oven. We have baked more during those few weeks than we did during the previous year.

I've began to go to school during the days again. The evening classes simply didn't work out. Besides language they teach how Swedish society works, health care, government, etc. Among this they teach how to look for a job here. No wonder I've been unsuccessful, my cv was totally different from the type they use here. I've re-written it and I hope that it'll go better now.

Freddy is shedding the winter coat. It is a daily struggle to keep him matt-free. They are friends with Ursus and sleep next to each other occasionally.

Boo!

They play together and that is a huge relief to me. My hands have finally healed. When Freddy leaves, we are definitely getting another kitten, I want to keep my hands in one piece.

There has been knitting. Bet you didn't expect that!

Stashbuster Spirals Socks

Next socks in the Six Sox Knitalong, Stashbuster spirals. I almost gave up on them because the first rounds didn't spiral, but after an inch everything evened out beautifully. The only thing I need to work on is not to pull the joins so tight.

Besides playing WoW, we are also playing other rpg's. There is an ongoing campaingn set in Forgotten Realms and now we've begun to play Werewolf. Why this is so special is that we are using Skype to play. It works very well, we can talk, send files and have private chat at the same time. We are using Invisible Castle to roll the dice so the GM and players see all the rolls. We've had only two sessions so far, but I've enjoyed them very much. Another benefit of playing like this is that I can knit at the same time.

Tonight I got a Wacom ArtPad tablet. I've been wanting one of those for years. It is everything I expected it to be and more. Editing graphics is so much easier now than with a mouse. I love it. Thank you, Bok!

That's that for now. I'll try to update more often in the future.
